So, which coffee shop will reign supreme in this booming sector?
To find out, Voxpopme conducted a combined quant and qual research study to establish which brand rules the roast according to the British public. Using opinion ratings and in-depth video feedback - recorded straight from consumer’s mobile devices - we discovered which companies provided the friendliest baristas, cleanest facilities, best coffee, great value and crowned an ultimate ‘King of the Coffee Shops 2016’.
The companies competing included Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Caffé Nero, Wild Bean Café, Coffee Republic and M&S Café. By combining video with the opinion ratings, we were able to delve further into the minds of consumers to understand their coffee drinking habits, the desired customer experiences and how they feel about seasonal drinks.
