Director of Project Management

The Project Director is chiefly responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of all supported services. This includes project scoping, survey scripting, video capture, field management, vendor management, and reporting. We’re a scrappy bunch and that means we do what’s necessary to meet the needs of the customer. These demands may pull us outside normal operating functions to assist with the customers needs. The Project Director is responsible for supporting such an environment; developing a team that is resourceful, solutions driven, and customer focused all while ensuring quality and productivity.
Being a fast growing organization the Project Director has to be capable of operating in an environment that is constantly under change, all the while determined to establish processes that enable us to manage growth in scale. You would work with the Global Project Director and other departments such as Product, Customer Success, Sales, and others to positively influence our product offering, productivity, and customer experience.
The person we’re seeking has worked the trenches and isn’t afraid to roll up his or her sleeves to get matters resolved but, has experience and confidence to manage through his or her staff. This person must never be satisfied but instead constantly reflecting on what’s working and what’s not in an effort to drive continuous improvement. They also set a high bar for excellence and then coach all those around up to that same high standard.
Customer satisfaction and productivity are the KPI’s.
What will you be responsible for?
  • The Project Director is responsible for managing and leading our US based Project Management team.
  • The Project Director will work with the Global Project Director to define internal workflows and processes for managing resource allocation and project delivery. Assuring everything is operating to the highest of standards.
  • The Project Director will work with the Global Project Director to set the appropriate benchmarks and standards for service deliverables and then implement quality controls for maintaining those standards internally and externally.
  • The Project Director will serve as the first line of escalation, stepping in to address project related issues, identify solutions, informing the appropriate people, and then managing to resolution.
  • The Project Director will work with the Global Project Director to create and maintain internal documentation and resources that support the team and offering.
  • The Project Director will work with Human Resources to establish growth tracks for his or her staff helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
  • The Project Director will establish resource forecasts and then work with Human Resources to identify, qualify, and onboard new staff to support the growing demands of the business.
  • The Project Director will work with CRO and SVP, Customer Success to set industry competitive SLA’s and product positioning.
  • The Project Director works closely with other departments to shape supporting services and the customer experience through product and interaction with teams.

Account Director – Agencies & Partnerships

As Account Director, you’ll be chiefly responsible for leading the day to day relationship, health, and expansion for MR agencies and partnerships in the European market. This expansion includes growth within the existing contacts or new contacts, divisions, or regions bringing to life use cases within different research areas and disciplines as well as new business segments.
What You’ll Do…
  • Expansion
  • Quickly develop strong relationships with known key stakeholders. Gain a thorough understanding of the business landscape, issues and initiatives in order to identify where we can go deeper, i.e. more of the same work as well as wider – opportunities for expansion.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the area of video storytelling. Understand the business issue and have the research acumen to design and deliver research to help address or support the insights from that research through video
  • Recommend new use cases and best practices for use of Voxpopme based on our understanding of customer’s business
  • Advise customer contacts of new product and feature releases that may enhance their experience w/ product and services 
  • Be an apostle for video storytelling within the organisation by presenting our capabilities and use cases as well presenting results from the research.
  • Remain up to date on Voxpopme’s product features and developed use cases to drive customers to best practice standards
  • Risk Management
  • Constantly monitor customer health metrics including pipeline, pace, usage of feature set, and NPS to assess health and then create appropriate response plans for customers in need of action
  • Establish cadence for customer touch points (QBR’s), assessing progress and engagement, then managing resolution on impeders that affect customer experience and engagement
  • Leverage internal resources in research, project management and technology to ensure client satisfaction and project delight. Provide smooth transitions to internal teams on through effective internal communications
  • Drive adoption of VPM’s product features with a focus on features that create those Ah-ha! moments
  • Proactively escalate at-risk customers and ensure internal visibility by providing regular updates, status and next steps on a regular cadence

  • Extensive  experience in research and account/client management with a proven track record for account acceleration and growth
  • Experience working or navigating the Kantar Global business landscape
  • Strong knowledge of research design and the role different areas of research play in supporting brands (i.e. innovation, tracking, ad testing, etc.)

Client Services Director

Due to our exciting rapid growth, we are looking to hire a high-performing Business Development Manager to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives within the US.

Director of Inside Sales

The Director of Inside Sales provides overall leadership and direction to the inside sales organization. The Director of Inside Sales will work with the CRO to develop the overall strategy and steward the execution plans to proactively seek out and sell new opportunities. A successful candidate will be focused on winning, accountable for their goals and known for successful sales strategy, operational efficiency, strong leadership and a positive attitude.
What will your day to day look like? 
  • Aligns the inside sales organization’s objectives with the Global Sales growth strategy through active participation in sales strategy development, forecasting and sales resource planning.
  • Work closing with Marketing to refine messaging and utilize best performing collateral
  • Meets assigned targets for sales volume, conversions and other key financial performance objectives.
  • Analyzes and ensures sales goals are met and provides guidance when hurdles associated with sales goals are encountered.
  • Analyzes daily sales metrics and works with Client Service Directors, who provide direct feedback regarding areas of improvement or expansion.
  • Translate the sales strategy into action for Inside Sales Managers to increase the company’s customer base.
  • Coach and develop Inside Sales Managers across all locations.
  • Drive sales results by leading & motivating the team
  • Train and educate Inside Sales Managers across the company, by providing guidance and opportunities to lead the sales training team to increase and enhance their knowledge and skills to build succession planning within the Sales department.
  • Develop/ refine KPI’s that drive production on the sales team are monitored and used to drive accountability.
  • Oversee, participates in and approves the interviewing, hiring and training of departmental employees. Conducts performance evaluations for direct reports

Business Development Manager, VideoCX

Reporting to the VP of our VideoCX business unit, the Inside Sales Executive position will be responsible for demand generation, from prospecting, outreach and cold-calling to initial qualification and lead generation. This position will be responsible for growing the sales funnel in the US and internationally as Company needs dictate. The Inside Sales Executive will work directly with the VideoCX sales, marketing team and customer success teams, some of whom are based in the Salt Lake City office. It is expected that the Inside Sales Executive work out of this office.
You will need to be self-motivated, passionate, high performing and enjoy working in an exciting startup environment. Some customer experience industry experience preferred but we do offer a comprehensive training program.
Core Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to produce and promote messaging to develop new client opportunities.
  • Using various online prospecting tools like LinkedIn and Zoom, you will find and add prospects to our CRM, and target with outbound sales follow up, including e-mail and phone.
  • Utilizing conference attendee lists you will generate new prospect meetings for the sales team at tradeshows and events.
  • Develop new business opportunities through engaging outreach programs.
  • Monitor and track potential client progress through our sales and marketing funnel and follow up as appropriate.
  • Track activity in Salesforce.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly pipeline reports and dashboards in Salesforce.

Project Manager

Voxpopme is looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to manage market research projects from planning to completion. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery and management of all supported services. This includes project scoping, survey scripting, video capture, field management, vendor management, and reporting. This role works directly with our customers to assure their experiences with video through the Voxpopme platform meet expectations by making it quick and easy to access the voice of the customer.
This role requires an individual who is organized, practices good time management, is an effective communicator, can work under time pressures, and is resourceful. This position will be working with a collaborative team composed of other Project Managers at our Salt Lake City office.
Duties​ ​and​ ​Responsibilities
  • Maintains full project ownership in delivering low to moderately complex custom market research projects with a project duration typically between 24 hours to two weeks
  • Manages customer expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing environment
  • Builds an effective, professional working relationship with our customers, providing them guidance and direction on the Voxpopme platform
  • Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and/or escalates project challenges in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicates both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team
Desired​ ​Skills
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience (preferably in market research industry)
  • Is able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations
  • Learns quickly and independently; seeks opportunities to extend and deepen learning
  • Pursues work with energy, drive, and a need to finish
  • Adept with technology and tools
  • Experience within survey platforms and with potential survey scripting is a plus

Strategic Account Director

As a Strategic Account Director, you’ll be chiefly responsible for leading the day to day relationship, health, and expansion for those accounts designated strategically important to the company. These strategic accounts currently include many of the worlds top brands; accounts have been designated strategic either for the size and importance to the company today or for the opportunity they posses.
This expansion includes growth within the existing contacts or new contacts, divisions, or regions bringing to life use cases within different research areas and disciplines as well as new business segments.
What You’ll Do…
Expansion
  • Quickly develop strong relationships with known key stakeholders. Gain a thorough understanding of the business landscape, issues and initiatives in order to identify where we can go deeper, i.e. more of the same work as well as wider – opportunities for expansion.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the area of video storytelling. Understand the business issue and have the research acumen to design and deliver research to help address or support the insights from that research through video
  • Recommend new use cases and best practices for use of Voxpopme based on our understanding of customer’s business
  • Advise customer contacts of new product and feature releases that may enhance their experience w/ product and services 
  • Be an apostle for video storytelling within the organization by presenting our capabilities and use cases as well presenting results from the research.
  • Remain up to date on Voxpopme’s product features and developed use cases to drive customers to best practice standards
Risk Management
  • Constantly monitor customer health metrics including pipeline, pace, usage of feature set, and NPS to assess health and then create appropriate response plans for customers in need of action
  • Establish cadence for customer touchpoints (QBR’s), assessing progress and engagement, then managing resolution on impeders that affect customer experience and engagement
  • Leverage internal resources in research, project management and technology to ensure client satisfaction and project delight. Provide smooth transitions to internal teams on through effective internal communications
  • Drive adoption of VPM’s product features with a focus on features that create those Ah-ha! moments
  • Proactively escalate at-risk customers and ensure internal visibility by providing regular updates, status and next steps on a regular cadence
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience in research and account/client management with a proven track record for account acceleration and growth
  • Strong knowledge of research design and the role different areas of research play in supporting brands (i.e. innovation, tracking, ad testing, etc.)
  • Willing to travel regularly for face to face client meetings
  • High degree of enthusiasm for building relationships and expanding
  • Team player with the ability to foster internal and client relationships
  • Self motivated and results driven
