Revenue Operations Manager (US)

Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for: 
  • CRM process optimization and enablement
  • Measurement and monthly/quarterly reporting of revenue operational KPIs
  • Work with our CRO to ensure our systems, processes, and technologies support our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing needs and increase their productivity
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth and improve existing sales processes & operations
  • Provide analytical support to internal stakeholders that drive business decisions
  • Conduct sales analysis to help sales hit the target and scale: pipeline analysis, Win/Loss analysis of the deals, Account potential analysis, etc.
  • Own all systems and tools related to our sales, CS, and marketing processes with Salesforce as our central hub.
  • Ensure the integrity of data and data flows in Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.

  • Reporting to the CRO, you will take ownership of developing a strategic sales plan to expand Voxpopme’s customer base

Business Development Manager (US)

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for demand generation, from prospecting, outreach, and cold-calling to initial qualification and lead generation. This position will be responsible for growing the sales funnel in the US and internationally as Company needs dictate. The Inside Sales Executive will work directly with the VideoCX sales, marketing team and customer success teams, some of whom are based in the Salt Lake City office. It is expected that the Inside Sales Executive work out of this office.
You will need to be self-motivated, passionate, high performing, and enjoy working in an exciting startup environment. Some customer experience industry experience preferred, but we do offer a comprehensive training program.
Core Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to produce and promote messaging to develop new client opportunities.
  • Using various online prospecting tools like LinkedIn and Zoom, you will find and add prospects to our CRM, and target with outbound sales follow up, including e-mail and phone.
  • Utilizing conference attendee lists you will generate new prospect meetings for the sales team at tradeshows and events.

Project Manager (US)

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery and management of all supported services. Duties include project scoping, survey scripting, video capture, field management, vendor management, and reporting. This role works directly with our customers to assure their experiences with video through the Voxpopme platform meets expectation by making it quick and easy to access the voice of the customer.
This role requires an individual who is organized, practices good time management, is an effective communicator, can work under time pressures and is resourceful. This position will be working with a collaborative team composed of other Project Managers at our Salt Lake City office.

  • Maintains full project ownership in delivering low to moderately complex custom market research projects with a project duration typically between 24 hours to two weeks

Customer Success Manager (US)

The primary responsibility of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to deliver massive value for Voxpopme (VPM) customers. On a daily basis, the CSM is the point of accountability for subscription customers all the way from onboarding to technical support, through product & service adoption and renewal. 
The CSM will serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, development of 90-day plans for success, training on the VPM platform & services, building and sharing supporting documentation, conducting launch guidance, and serve as support.
The Customer Success Manager works to understand customer outcomes by analyzing customer health metrics, running NPS, gathering feedback from Salesforce and Pendo, and conducting periodic touchpoints.
The CSM represents the voice of the customer and works to provide input throughout the organization to influence the VPM product, services, marketing, and sales processes. All for the betterment of the customer. The CSM also works closely with the commercial owners when supporting renewals, expansion, and promoting professional services.
What You’ll Do…
  • Onboarding 
  • Work with sales and customer contact to create a 90-day plan that addresses the customer’s objectives for Voxpopme
  • Establish & monitor performance benchmarks for measuring performance against the 90-day plan
  • Work with new Voxpopme customers to provide onboarding, integration, education, and documentation to drive long term customer success & value with Voxpopme
  • Work closely with the Project Management team to provide launch guidance for customers to assure the best possible first experience
  • Gather customer sentiment post 90 days onboarding period, reflecting on the experience with the product, service, and support. Then collaborate with respective departments

  • Work with the appropriate parties to produce internal best practices, supporting documents, and customer user stories to strengthen the implementation process

  • Constantly monitor customer health metrics including pace, usage of feature set, and NPS to assess health and then create appropriate response plans for customers in need of action

The Director of Inside Sales provides overall leadership and direction to the inside sales organization. The Director of Inside Sales will work with the CRO to develop the overall strategy and steward the execution plans to proactively seek out and sell new opportunities. What will your day to day look like? 
  • Aligns the inside sales organization’s objectives with the Global Sales growth strategy through active participation in sales strategy development, forecasting, and sales resource planning.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the Voxpopme value proposition through proposals, demonstrations, and presentations
  • Work effectively with the worldwide Voxpopme teams to support our global growth
Required Skills
  • Self-motivated sales exec and agile thinker
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level
  • Able to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • A proven track record in selling technology, voice of customer or market research services would be an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
