Senior Front End Engineer – Birmingham, UK

We are looking for a front end developer, preferably with AngularJS experience to be responsible for the client side of our service. Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of our web application, with a focus on performance and quality. Your main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app. The artistic design will be delivered to you, but we will ask for your help in regard to animations, CSS, and final HTML output. You will work in a team with back-end developers to communicate with the API using standard methods, develops for integration with a full CI/CD process and with the direction from the CTO.

What will your day to day look like? 
  • Delivering a complete front end application 
  • Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop 
  • Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS 
  • Working within the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself 
  • Cooperating with the back-end developers in the process of building the RESTful API 
  • Working closely with the other front-end developers in the team

  • Having input into the UI/UX of the platform bring ideas to process and end-user experience

Pilot Success Manager (UK)

The primary responsibility of the Pilot Support Manager is to effectively plan, manage the day to day communication, and key milestones of the pilot stage. This role works closely with sales, project management, and product to assure customers maximize their time under pilot by successfully conducting and sharing research done through Voxpopme. 
The Pilot Support Manager is a facilitator, they know the capabilities of the platform, best practices for maximizing results, and are capable of guiding new users to the best possible outcomes. The pilot period is a trial, so the best possible outcome for a Pilot Support Manager is having a pilot customer commit to a long term subscription. 
What You’ll Do…
  • Pre-pilot
  • Works with sales to organize, schedule, and facilitate pilot kick-off to formalize a framework for the pilot period
  • Works with the sales and customer to establish and document clear pilot objectives that provide a working blueprint for supporting over 60 day period
  • Works with the sales and customer to create project roadmap for pilot
  • Works with customer to identify key contributors and gets them added and trained (best practices, initiating projects, using VPM)
  • Creates and shares a pilot briefing document which summarizes the pilot plan and customer landscape 
  • Pilot support
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for new projects being initiated. Then works with customers to assure all the right information is in hand and best practices are being applied before initiating the project with the PM team
  • Conducts platform training sessions with the client contacts as needed; leveraging Pendo data to identify training opportunities
  • Assures closure on technical support issues; working with appropriate parties from project management, product, and technical support team to find the appropriate resolution
  • Schedules and facilitates mid-pilot review aimed to assess progress towards goals and experience with the product 
  • Keeps track of all pilot activity by tracking projects and video volume directly in Salesforce

  • Works with sales to re-cap pilot period highlighting key metrics and benchmarks that support objectives established pre-pilot
  • Encourages customer participation in our post-pilot NPS survey
  • Prepares documentation that can be used to assure a smooth and effective hand-off to Customer Success in the event a subscription is signed

Client Services Director – London, UK

Client Services Director Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the CRO, you will take ownership of developing a strategic sales plan to expand Voxpopme’s customer base
  • Own, achieve (and plan to exceed!) annual sales targets across your accounts
  • Take a consultative approach to clients, to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Present proposals to clients Senior Execs outlining how the Voxpopme solution can add value and change their way of thinking
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the Voxpopme value proposition through proposals, demonstrations, and presentations
  • Work effectively with the worldwide Voxpopme teams to support our global growth
Required Skills
  • Self-motivated sales exec and agile thinker
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level
  • Able to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • A proven track record in selling technology, voice of customer or market research services would be an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
