What you’ll do: 

  • Translate ideation into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that result in intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders working closely in particular with the Product Managers. Currently a single UI/UX role across the product experience and core role in the wider Product & Engineering team.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Delivery of features early to customers and flexible approach to working process based on discovery and customer feedback.
  • Work closely on a core product to design new features as well as maintain consistent platform design
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

Required Skills:

  • Experience as a UI/UX designer
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as XD, Sketch, OmniGraffle, InVision, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
  • A solid grasp of planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesising abstract ideas into concrete design implications

DevOps Engineer

What you’ll do: 

  • Ensure key processes are maintained and evolved; Continuous Integration, Continuous Development, Continuous Testing, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Monitoring
  • Apply cloud (AWS in the most part) computing skills to deploy upgrades and fixes and new infrastructure solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement software integrations based on user feedback.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment
  • Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines).
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the company’s engineering tools, systems and procedures, and data security
  • Optimize the company’s computing architecture

Required Skills:

  • Experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent software-engineering role

Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing several areas of accounting and financial operations of a rapidly growing international SAAS (Software-as-a-Service) company.  The Senior Accountant will be based in Voxpopme’s Salt Lake City office with work from home flexibility.

Job Duties:

  • Financial Operations – Manage and execute monthly financial operations such as cash applications, vendor creation and payment, expense approvals, contract approvals and customer invoicing.
  • Accounting Close Operations  – Perform monthly processes to facilitate closing operations including:  bank account reconciliations,  journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.  Work with the Controller to consolidate financial reports and publish them to the executive team.   Study the operational closing process and implement operational changes to improve the timeliness and accuracy of the financial close and reporting process.
  • Financial Controls – Work with Controller to establish best practice financial controls to ensure strong governance around all financial matters of the Company including banking & treasury operations, financial reporting and payables.
  • Financial Reviews & Audits – Support third party Reviews or Audits of the Company’s financial statements.  Work with such third parties to execute Reviews and Audits on a timely basis.

Professional Qualifications

  • CPA with at least 5 years experience as an accountant or finance professional at a professional accounting firm or operating company.
  • Experience performing accounting and treasury operations within an operating company.
  • Experience performing monthly close operations and procedures and managing multiple financial accounts within an operating  company.
  • Proficient with accounting software (SAGE/Intacct or Netsuite experience preferred), office applications, G-Suite and presentation software.

Creative Designer –  Video & Motion Graphics

Creative Designer –  Video & Motion Graphics

Due to our exciting rapid growth, we are looking to hire a Creative Video Editor / Videographer with a sharp eye for detail.  Reporting to the Design & Creative Director, you will be able to work as part of a team to develop engaging, on-brand designs for a variety of media channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Design & Creative Director and other members of the core Marketing Team
  • Take briefings from Key stakeholders and Senior Team members
  • Assist in the creation of assets for any creative project undertaken by the design team
  • Create storyboards by taking briefs and turning them into immersive motion graphics
  • Creation of video product demos, interviews, and proofs of concept as well as assisting in filming where required and leading the post-production process
  • Develop motion graphic product animations which adhere to the brand style
  • Edit video to a high standard for online campaigns and promotional events
  • Adhere to company brand guidelines and keeping all marketing collateral inline and up to date
  • Investigate new and emerging technologies and share these with the rest of the design team

Required Skills

What you’ll do:

The Enterprise Account Executive is expected to lead all sales efforts within their assigned territory/vertical, including prospect identification, lead generation, sales calls, handling the sales cycle, proposal and contract negotiation through deal closure.

The Enterprise Account Executive is expected to meet sales goals established by their Sales Leader while delivering the highest standard of integrity, quality, and customer service to our clients.

  • Build and Manage a Territory/Vertical Plan
  • Generate new leads through prospecting and networking, including cold calling, as well as using marketing and PR activities of the company;
  • You will establish, handle, and manage relationships between Voxpopme and senior executives of the client and prospect companies;
  • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects at all levels and in a variety of departments (such as HR, Marketing, and Customer Experience) of Fortune 1,000 companies of other accounts within a prescribed territory/vertical. Address product uses, benefits, competitive advantages and business terms; facilitate technical follow-up to close sale;
  • Target account selling (prospecting/lead generation, qualification and scoping, closing strategies, negotiations, etc.);
  • Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects throughout the organizational levels;
  • In collaboration with Voxpopme’s marketing team, develop and execute demand generation campaigns;
  • Coordinate and actively participate in contract negotiations;
  • Act as representative of Voxpopme at industry conferences and association meetings;
  • Partner with Marketing on leads from trade shows and demand generation campaigns;
  • Sales process management, record and document all activities in Salesforce.com;
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Voxpopme solution offerings;
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in figuring out win-based proposals and pricing;
  • Meet or exceed quota expectations, Quota is 4x OTE once fully ramped;
  • Participate in sales planning status meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2 to 10 years of sales experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) applications into a major vertical
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Sales methodologies BANT, MEDDPIC etc
  • Proven sales track record with deal sizes $25k-$250k
  • Tenacious, self-motivated, agile thinker with a can-do attitude – a hungry, driven and ambitious individual
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, written communication and presentation skills, executive presence

Customer Success Manager – Remote (US) 

As Customer Success Manager you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and then advise them on the best ways to solution Voxpopme to achieve them. You are curious, creative, energetic, self-driven, and a passionate advocate for your customers. You understand the customer, their use cases and know how to be a trusted partner so your customers can thrive.

Within Voxpopme the Customer Success Manager represents the voice of the customer and does so by advising the company (product, support, services, marketing, sales, and so on) of the requirements for maintaining healthy and happy customers. You work to understand customer outcomes by analyzing health metrics, product usage, and customer feedback. You also work closely with sales to identify growth opportunities, manage through risk, and facilitate renewals.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to manage numerous customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle, be capable of learning the product in-depth, and self-manage your time; assuring your focus is always given to the areas of greatest need and influence.

What You’ll Do…

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Voxpopme capabilities and technology
  • Work with new Voxpopme customers to provide onboarding, integration, education, and documentation to drive long term customer success & value with Voxpopme
  • Recommend new use cases and best practices for use of Voxpopme based on our understanding of customer’s business
  • Inform customer contacts of new product and feature releases that may enhance their experience w/ product and services 
  • Remain up to date on Voxpopme’s product features and developed use cases to drive customers to best practice standards
  • Work with the appropriate parties to produce internal best practices, supporting documents, and customer user stories to strengthen the implementation process
  • Assure closure on technical support issues; working with appropriate parties internally to find a resolution
  • Constantly monitor customer health metrics including pace, usage of feature set, and NPS to assess health and then create appropriate response plans for customers requiring action
  • Establish a cadence for customer touchpoints (QBR’s), assessing progress and engagement, then managing resolution on impeders that affect customer experience and engagement
  • Drive adoption of VPM’s product features with a focus on features that create those Ah-ha! moments
  • Proactively escalate at-risk customers and ensure internal visibility by providing regular updates, status, and next steps on a regular cadence
  • Maintain a forecast of renewals and expansion opportunities with your customer base

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in customer success or account management
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations with a “doing whatever it takes” attitude and driving long-term value.
