Voxpopme Strengthens Senior Team with the Promotion of Tom Williams to Chief Revenue Officer

Voxpopme, the video technology company that makes video research easy with its market-leading SaaS platform, has promoted Tom Williams to Chief Revenue Officer.

The promotion follows on from 12 months of impressive growth for the company and complements the increasingly rapid adoption of agile video research by brands and agencies that wish to see the real people behind their data sets.

Williams, assuming the role as Voxpopme’s CRO, has been with the company since its inception, in Birmingham UK, in 2013. Williams has been instrumental in the company’s global expansion – scaling the business into a venture-backed, end-to-end video insight solution for market research, customer and employee experience programs.

In his new position, Williams is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and long-term growth for Voxpopme by aligning sales and customer success teams across North America, EMEA and APAC. Williams said, “I’m excited to take on this new challenge as we further extend Voxpopme’s market presence in key territories. The last five years has given us to the opportunity to deliver incredible insights for Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Visa and Verizon, so I’m excited to help more market leading companies experience how rich and contextual video can be.”

Dave Carruthers, Voxpopme CEO, said “Since launching Voxpopme in 2013, Tom has been critical to the growth of the company. He has a solid track record of delivering great value and service for our clients while building recurring revenue for our business. We would not be where we are today without him, so it is a pleasure to recognise his contribution. We’re excited to see where he can take Voxpopme in this new global role.”
