SVP of Revenue – Salt Lake City, UT

Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Vice President of Revenue US (SVP) will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the US market as a whole.  The SVP will manage a direct sales team of five current account executives that is expected to grow as well as a business development team of four that is also expected to grow.  The SVP, as part of the Voxpopme Executive Team, will also provide indirect leadership to the Customer Experience (CX) sales team, the Customer Success Team and the Marketing Team as their efforts overlap with common revenue growth goals.  Based in our expanding downtown Salt Lake City office, the SVP will be a key part of the Voxpopme Executive team and will help to shape and drive the culture of the organization.

Job Duties

  • Partner with the CEO, COO/CFO and Founding Team to develop strategies to optimize long term revenue growth across the company
  • Directly manage the US Video MR sales team and build it into a world-class sales organization
  • Directly manage the US BDR team – The Director of Business Development will report to the SVP – and turn it into a lead and sales talent generating machine
  • Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to optimize strategy and interaction with the sales organization and ensure tight operational efficiency between departments
  • Lead consistent and transparent execution and reporting of US sales performance and revenue generation
  • Hire, develop and retain an outstanding team of enterprise sales executives and business development representatives while creating an attractive career ladder that builds a competitive advantage for attracting the best sales talent in the market
  • Create playbooks, operational plans, reporting cadences and organizational structures needed to create consistent and transparent organizational success
  • Ensure sales organization’s efforts are consistently tracked and organized in Salesforce.com and other revenue operations toolsets
  • Institute closing procedures and practices that speed time to close and ensure optimal compliance with company policies and industry best practice contracting protocols

Professional Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in scaling a metrics-driven SaaS sales team at a rapidly growing technology company
  • 5+ consecutive years as a VP of Sales with at least 10 direct reports.  Evidence of successfully growing team 2-3x while meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
  • Demonstrated success in growing ARR at 50-100% YOY for multiple years
  • Exemplary knowledge of best-practice sales principles, practices, tactics, tools and techniques
  • Ability to identify ideal customer profiles and map complete customer journey, buyers profiles, optimal value propositions and playbooks for each
  • Exceptional executive leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under tight deadlines
  • Results and KPI focused
  • Outstanding ability to speak and present in a public forum
  • Capability to manage remotely while traveling. Travel is expected to be moderate (10-25%)
  • Martech experience is a plus
  • Tech Savvy – Proficient with office applications, G-Suite, and presentation software

Sales Development Representative – Salt Lake City, UT

Due to our exciting rapid growth, we are looking to hire a motivated Sales Development Representative to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives within the US.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will support our Client Services Directors in finding and qualifying new inbound business opportunities and growing existing accounts. Daily that translates to responding to inbound leads via email, phone, and social selling, account identifying prospects and mapping target accounts, holding introductory sales conversations, and executing follow up with marketing activities.
You are the future Account Development Representatives and sales professionals of Voxpopme. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify and nurture leads to generate opportunities. Find the right decision-makers and perform basic discovery to obtain meeting commitments.
  • Execute established best practices and committed engagement windows on time and on message using SalesLoft, Gmail, LinkedIn, Drift, and other tools.
  • Qualify new inbound sales opportunities and meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified opportunity quotas for designated markets.
  • Provide regular, accurate performance forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the CRM system.
  • Understand the competitive landscape (and why it has a change).
  • Develop new business opportunities according to established qualification criteria.
  • Meet regularly with marketing counterparts to develop and improve follow-up and contact cycles to prospects.

As an Account Development Representative, you will support our Client Services Directors in finding new business opportunities and growing existing accounts. Daily that translates to account planning, identifying prospects, generating leads, outbound cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
